Almond is one seed edible nut, inside a hard shell wall dry fruit. It is famous all over the world as a rich source of energy. Almond (Badam) is a little hard in the internal material, and also the outer shell is hard. But some of the almonds shells are weak and easy to break. Which is known as Kaghazi badam in Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa. The inner material (seed) is for eating. which is known as Badam Maghz in Pakistan. the interior seed is tastier in eating. And no one denial from good taste of almonds (Badam Maghz). Almond size is about 1 inch to 2 inches. and its shape is like an egg.

Almond has many health benefits, it is an enriched source of proteins and fat. They may be used as an unsaturated fat that works excellent as nutritional fiber with a view to preserve you feeling sparkling and energized at paintings or at some point of the avenue trips.

Almond is also converted to almond oil, almond butter, almond flour or paste, and almond milk. It is also used in many other foods and drinks to make them tastier. Almond is also used in chocolates and other manmade products to make tastier, and almond involved products and chocolates are more famous than simple products. Almond trees become eligible to put almonds in between 10 to 15 years. and put the annual year yield one a year. the almonds become ripe in 6 to 8 months.

The almonds have different names in different regions for example (Allemande) in french, Mandorlo in Italian, and Knackmandel in the german language. In Pakistan, it is known as (the badam), its Urdu name. The almond tree is cultivated all over the world. A greater quantity of almond trees is available in the world. The United States produces about nineteen lack thirty-seven thousand tones almond yield every year. In Spain almond trees produce about 3 lack and forty thousand almonds yield every year, also Iran, Turkey, Morocco, and Italy produce a large number of almonds every year. In Pakistan, almonds trees are cultivated in Balochistan, Gilgit, and some other areas. The selection of candy varieties from different sour varieties starts with the wild as well as the cultivation of almonds. It is doubtful how the wild ancestors of almonds created the breeding species. The Prince Fenzliana species may be the wildest ancestor of the almond, possibly because it is miles away from Armenia and West Azerbaijan, in which it has apparently become a breeding ground. With the help of early growers, wild almond species have been propagated, "initially accidentally mixed with piles of rubbish, and later deliberately added to their orchards."
